The hero gets a basic mission, some moral speech and a clean plain ending. The villain gets the sharper dialogue, the stronger motive and the scenes everyone actually remembers. And they become terrifying as they make too much sense. 🔥 Think about: Thanos — completely wrong, but convinced he is saving the universe Homelander — traumatized psychopath who is impossible to ignore every time he enters a scene The Joker — not the protagonist, but became a role model for some and the center of the entire movie A great villain does more than block the hero. They expose weaknesses, force difficult choices and make the story feel dangerous.
